Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all iSage Health products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a refund or replacement — no complicated process, no runaround.


Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item you received is not as described on our website
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You are not satisfied with the product for any reason
  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

To start a return or request a refund, please email admin@isagehealth.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo where applicable (for damaged or defective items)

Once approved, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement promptly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes a product may not be right for you. Under our 30-day money back guarantee, we will consider refund or return requests on a case by case basis, including for opened consumable products where you are genuinely unsatisfied. We trust our customers to act in good faith and will always seek a fair resolution.

For unopened products in original condition, a full refund or exchange will be provided without question within 30 days.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at admin@isagehealth.com with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you and will cover all return shipping costs where a return is required.


Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error — incorrect, faulty or damaged item — we will cover all return shipping costs. For change of mind returns on unopened products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Australian customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.


International Customers

Our 30-day money back guarantee applies to all customers worldwide regardless of location. International return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. For faulty or damaged items we will cover return shipping or arrange an alternative remedy.
