iSage Health is an Australian-owned and operated business providing wellness products, supplements, and health-related content designed to support your wellbeing. Our information is general in nature and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. We ship worldwide from Australia and via our fulfilment partners.
2. 📦 Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. International customers may see prices converted to their local currency at checkout — the final charge will be processed in AUD at the prevailing exchange rate. Prices may change without notice. Payment must be made in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. 🔄 Returns, Refunds & Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
iSage Health offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at admin@isagehealth.com and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Australian customers also retain all rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products, a full remedy will be provided regardless of the 30-day period.

Your privacy matters to us. We handle all personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation including the Australian Privacy Act 1988. We will never sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is used solely by iSage Health to process orders, manage customer communications, and where you have opted in, to send product and promotional updates. International customers including those in the European Union acknowledge that their data is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at isagehealth.com. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting admin@isagehealth.com.

By engaging with iSage Health, you consent to receiving order confirmations, shipping updates and where opted in, promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting admin@isagehealth.com. Transactional order communications cannot be opted out of as they are necessary for the fulfilment of your purchase.

iSage Health reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders or suspend access to our platforms if we reasonably suspect misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms of Service. In such cases any payments received for unfulfilled orders will be refunded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iSage Health, its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
9. ✅ Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. For customers located within Australia, any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. For customers outside Australia, by purchasing from iSage Health you acknowledge and agree that any dispute will be governed exclusively by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your own country where those rights cannot be contractually excluded.

iSage Health reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to isagehealth.com. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
